A: We have over 20000 square meters manufacturing area, and about 200 employees. After many years of development, we owns advanced production equipment, high-tech scientific R&D team and the professional sales team, our products are selling well at home and abroad especially in Europe, South America, North America and Australia, ect.

Q: What is the production time in your company? What is the Payment Term in your company?
A: According to the order, normally it takes about 10-25 days after received the deposit.
Payment Term: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment.

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Every worker keeps the QC from the beginning to the end of products finished. All raw material we used are passed the test. Skillful workers care every detail in sewing, printing, stitching, packing process. QC department specially responsible for quality checking in each process.
Awning FAQ:

Q: Why would I need an awning?
A: An awning can provide sun protection, rain protection or just make your home or business more aesthetically appealing. For commercial buildings, it also provides a place for prominent signage to bring attention to your business or increase your seating capacity with an outside eating area.

Q: What size of ready made awning we could do?
A: Awning is customized product, the maximum size of awning is W20*5.0m, and the minimum size of awning is W2.0*1.5m.

Q: Can you sell awning components?
A: Yes, we are not only sell ready products, but also sell awning components like gear box, side bracket and tubes, ect.

Q: Can you print our logos on the awning?
A: Yes, customized logo is available to print on the awning valance or the top.
Umbrella FAQ:

Q: What’s the MOQ for the umbrella?
A: For the umbrella we have in stock, we can sell you with low MOQ like 5pcs;
For FOB price we need to sell in one 20ft mix container.

Q: Can you print our logos on the umbrella?
A: Yes, customized logo is available to print on the valance or the top with silk scree printing or sublimation printing.

Q: Do you accept customized umbrella?
A: Yes, we could customize umbrella according to your sample or umbrella details.
Tent FAQ:

Q: What’s the right size of the event tent do I need?
A: Generally speaking, if you just use chair inside the tent you need 0.8 to 1.2 sqm space for each person, if you use tables and chairs together, you need 1.3 to 1.5 sqm space for each person, if you use no tables and chairs together at all, you just need 0.6 sqm space for each person.

Q: Is your event tent strong and stable enough? How about the wind loading?
A: Yes, the main frameworks (upright support and roof beam) are manufactured with high impact extruded anodized aluminum (6061/T6), so our tent structure is safe and strong and can resist wind up to 100 km/hr.
